We cannot see, hear or touch the resistance, but we know it is there because we can feel it.

Resistance manifests itself in many forms – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Aspects from which we feel anxious and want to escape can often be our signpost towards freedom.

Few years ago I was just dreaming about being featured Natural Awakenings Publishing Corp. it seemed impossible for me to show up authentically and present my gifts and my services to the world. Today I got a beautiful reminder that it happened and I am ready to be seen. Not until I left NYC and moved back home to Poland where I was born I got featured as one of the practitioners. 

Not being physically there does not mean that I left the city I will always be partially a New Yorker. Thank you NYC for all the opportunities!
