Regulations of the 6-week breathwork program
Meetings are held online on the Zoom platform.
The program includes 6 sessions and the duration of a single session is approximately 2 hours.
Meetings are held once a week.
You can participate in the program individually or in groups.
The program fee must be paid before it begins. There are two forms of payment to choose from: a one-time payment for the entire program or for the first session. After paying for the introductory session, you have the opportunity to decide whether to proceed and purchase the full breathwork program.
The program is aimed at people who do not have medical contraindications such as… The offered program is an additional form of support in recovery and will not replace conventional medical methods in strictly defined cases. Preparation before each session
It’s best to take a 2-hour break from eating when the meeting starts. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and wear headphones. Then lie down in a comfortable place where you feel calm.
