about me
PAULINA PODBIELLO
an Intuitive Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork Teacher.
I spent the last 12 years in NYC where I worked and learned from the best teachers such as Guru Jagat, Lama Ole Nydahl, I hold 200YTT from Bhakti Center and I am a Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator.
MY MISSION
Unite people to connect through practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork. Create space for connection.
VISION
To bring people closer, to connect, to create space for growth, personal development, to facilitate change to ENABLE TRANSFORMATION.
WHY AM I DOING THIS?
Since I was a teenager I have been inspired by Yoga, Meditation, Oracle Cards and Chakras. My natural curiosity and the search for TRUTH got me into many places in my life. Very often I don’t take anything at face value and I always try to understand hidden TRUTHS. I am all about intuition, introspective, awareness and mastery. My goal in life is to guide people and be the LIGHT to many who need some spark of JOY to invoke their child like energy to play.
WHO AM I WORKING WITH?
I support mainly women by activating their childlike energy and joy through unlocking their higher self in doing so they can expand their lives and see who they really are at the edge of their comfort zone!
So If you are at the crossroads in your life and need direction I offer guidance from higher realms utilizing various spiritual tools that I harnessed over the years. I am able to dig deeper to uncover and release blocks that are keeping you from your dreams and goals.
My Story
Leading many workshops, retreats and communities for conscious women I discovered my deep passion that I LIKE TO EMPOWER WOMEN. From an early age I had the ability to come across as a very strong Eastern European Woman from Poland while being an immigrant in America for so many years. I left my home when I was 18 and I spent half of my life being away from my parents and my country. This forced me to build the stamina to become more resilient and stand up for myself. I had to become STRONG and I had to come across as a resilient person not only to survive in NYC -concrete jungle where only the strongest thrive but also to establish myself in the big world.
